How long will my order take to arrive? At Packed Smart, we work with a network of international suppliers to bring you the best travel essentials at great prices. Because of this, please allow 14–36 business days for your parcel(s) to arrive. We know that’s a range, and we appreciate your patience — great gear is worth the wait! If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
Will my order arrive all in one parcel? Not always! Because we source our products from multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. So don’t worry if you receive part of your order first — the rest is on its way. Each item will be carefully packed and on its way to your door.
Can I track my order? Yes! If you’d like an update on where your order is, simply send us a message at (your contact email here) or visit our Get Help page and we’ll send you your tracking information right away.
What if I want to return an item? We want you to love every product you get from Packed Smart. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty. To start a return, head to our Returns Policy page or contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-faulty items.
