Refund and Returns Policy

Here at Packed Smart, our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Inspection of Goods Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you notice any issues, contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Returns for Non-Faulty Items If you are not satisfied with an item and it is not faulty, you may return it in its original, unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. This is in line with best practices under US consumer protection standards. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout.

Goods Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at (email address here) within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please retain all original packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and either send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Faulty or Defective Items If you receive a defective item, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable implied warranty protections recognized in most US states. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty or defective. These include but may not be limited to: personal care products, undergarments, and similar goods. This does not affect your rights in the case of a defective product.

Consumer Rights Notice Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws. For example:

  • California consumers may have additional rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).
  • FTC Cooling-Off Rule – For sales made at your home, workplace, or certain other locations (not online), you may have the right to cancel within 3 business days.
